1. General We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the terms and Conditions page and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this shop and your continued use of the shop shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions. Certain products (Adult 18+) are the subject of a legally prescribed age restriction. You are therefore required to confirm that you are over 18. We reserve the right to carry out further checks to verify your age and, if appropriate, cancel your order.

2. Order Process All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. The order confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from AllTrade Direct.

3. Availability of stock All stocks are subject to availability. If for any reason we are out of stock of the item that has been ordered we will issue a refund for the item immediately.

4. Description of goods and prices AllTrade Direct do try their hardest to give the right information on all products; however errors can occur, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy to 100% of our information. In the event of a misprint or typing error with regards to price or carriage , AllTrade Direct have the right to cancel an order even though an order has been confirmed. If funds have been taken from you we will refund you within 24 -36hrs.

5. Delivery This WEBSITE is only for delivery of products to customers stated on our Delivery page. AllTrade Direct Website is mail order only, collections from our premises are not permitted. Detailed delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on our Delivery page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. AllTrade Direct shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We recommend that you read the terms and information stated on our Delivery page. Customers must report any damaged goods or shortages to us within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do this may hinder any chance of a replacement or full refund.

6. Payment All orders will be paid in full by the customer before the goods are despatched. Payment can be made by paypal, credit card or by sending us a cheque or postal order. Futher details can be found on our Payment page. All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. Customers have the right to return any product for a full refund excluding the carriage costs both ways. If a replacement product is required, please state clearly your new requirements i.e.: size. Please keep your proof of delivery receipt safe until your refund is received from us. AllTrade Direct will not be liable for items lost in the post. Items lost in transit to us are not refundable, and in this case you must claim from the delivery insurance used at the time of return. We regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar. Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges). Refunds will only be made provided you return the item to us “as new” “unsealed” and in original packaging, also with any free gift or similar offers. Refunds of returned items will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the PayPal account or Card that you used to pay for the item. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty please call our customer services helpline and we will deal with your problem immediately. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If the item cannot be repaired and we have no direct replacement a better model will be offered or a refund. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that AllTrade Direct are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Intellectual Property You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this shop. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material, photographs, artwork and content.

Miscellaneous Provisions We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance.
